One of the most anticipated moments in the film industry arrived this morning, when the Academy announced the nominees for the Academy Awards, ceremony to be held on February 27 at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, California, with the live broadcast of TNT for Latin America.

no major surprises, "True Grit", "Black Swan", "The King's Speech" and "The Social Network" appear among the candidates to take home a statuette for Best Film of the Year, the latter two being the most chances are, as they were honored at the recent awards.
